The dog room itself is specifically geared to the 'four legged' family members. Couches for lounging, a basket of toys and their own flat screen TV makes for a good life at Snowshoe! Our dog room includes a raised bathing tub, laundry center & feeding kitchen. The nursery (whelping room) is within this room, separated by glass French doors. The 'kennel area' houses four traditional indoor/outdoor runs, with the indoor runs at 5' x 10' in size, and the outdoor runs are 5' x 20' in size. The dogs have 'doggy' doors with which to enter the outdoor runs, safe from weather. Our dogs don't spend much time in the 'kennel runs' as they have a 'DOG NANNY' 4 hours/day (more when there's puppies). There are two separate 1/2 acre and 1 acre fenced areas for daily exercise. Additionally, there's another 5 acres or so, for major exercise runs. |
